Instead of a boolean, exclusionary system of applicants either being “accepted” or “rejected” based on arbitrary merit, we implement a Repertory Workshop - that being artists whose work is unable to be screened can opt in to the program. Instead of exclusion, we provide an ongoing cycle of collaboration. The artist can receive notes from directors, cinematographers, writers, and curators of all forms, inviting peer review, mentorship, and fluid organic community building .

There will be in-person workshops and reflexive contemplation on each artist's work with the ultimate goal of inclusion in future festivals. Those whose works are in the festival are strongly advised to join the program as peer review agents. We want those who are screened to give back to the community, as the goal isn’t careerist social climbing but organic community building.

We are inquiring for potential peer reviewers / mentors / and collaborators. We strongly urge artists of all varieties to apply as we don’t want to stay reduced to a singular practice. All other selected roles usually double up as part of the repertory program as well).

We will be hosting artist lead workshops throughout the week of the festival. We aim to make it a collective experience, therefore, we curate new forms of art together and strive for genuine, organic community building. We are looking for artists of all practices to host these workshops.

We are in search of a program committee helping curate the film lineup and workshops throughout the festival.

Handles, press release, social media, and local advertising.

Manages tech, such as visual projection, sound design, digital cinema formats, workshop / performance art set up / etc.

Assists in day to day operations, managing events, guiding guests, and helping with set up and breakdown.
